Maple Foods Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Peter and Marina Marks who distribute Australian made speciality cheeses to all segments of the market including retail, foodservice, gift pack, and speciality shops.
We are pleased to present the following range of Italian style cheeses made here in Australia. These cheeses are made by our manufacturer based in NSW in the authentic Italian style with family recipes handed down to the current 3rd generation of cheese makers who believe only in the best quality.

We are able to cater with products ranging in size from 250gm to a maximum pack size of 20 kg.

Cheeses such as Feta, Marinated Feta, Ricotta, Baked Ricotta and Mascarpone are but to name a few ….add to this Haloumi, Bocconcini are all available in various pack sizes.

We also have a natural yoghurt, fresh pecorino, farm style cottage cheese and a fresh mozzarella pack that our customers enjoy and finally we offer a quality Parmesan and pecorino in a 5 and 9kg wheel.

By late 2002 Maple Foods will be adding Organic Fetta and Ricotta to their extensive list. These expect to be avail in early November.
